This is a delicious bread made with all vegan ingredients

Ingredients
- 1 Tub Vegan Soya Yogurt 500 g
- 2 Tub Oats Use the soya yogurt tub
- 4 Tbsp Oat Milk
- 2 Tbsp Soaked Chia Seed Leave soaking overnight in fridge
- 2 Tsp Bicarbonate Soda

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/ gas mark 4.
- Place the soya yogurt, chia seeds, oat milk and bicarbonate of soda in a mixing bowl.
- Mix together until well combined
- Scrape the batter into the loaf tin
- Place in the oven and bake for 60 minutes.
- Leave the bread to cool in the tin for about fifteen minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. You may need to use a knife to assist remove the loaf from the tin.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
- Enjoy!

This bread is so easy to make. Even if you are not vegan or vegetarian, this bread is great because:
- It's healthy
- It's non-diary
- It's eggless
- It's low in fat
For this Sustainable Recipe, I used the Alpro Simply Plain Yogurt. I find that this soya yogurt is the best to use as the flavour doesn't overpower the bread.
